We noticed a bad fishy smell in the bedroom whenever the light was switched on. Jack responded to my text message very promptly and came on time on the day we'd arranged. After fully investigating the light fitment and wiring in the ceiling, Jack found the fault and fitted a new light pendant and rose. He put in a new LED bulb too. Jack is very respectful of our property and leaves no mess, even putting on shoe protectors so as not to make our floors dirty. I found Jack's name and contact details from a WhatsApp group that I am on. He was recommended by neighbours and I would recommend him too.

James quoted a very reasonable price when compared to others. He made the job sound very simple whereas other electricians portrayed it as complex. They were punctual, professional and very friendly. I had a very good experience with Rupert and another young gentleman along with Rupert who went out of the way to do an amazing job. Next to the installation point we have rose bushes full of thorns which made the work extremely hard but Rupert took it as a challenge and completed the job.
